The beginning of the end.

Starting fresh AGAIN!
Last 2 weeks, I've stuffed up.

A few days ago, my father had a stroke, don't know what it's caused from, but I know I don't want to end up like how he is now.

I need to get fit and healthy, even if it means it'll be a stuggle for me on the way.

This is my last chance to change my life.
And I think I'm back in the right mind set.

Exercise
- hour tred (burnt like 600 calories)


Breakfast
- nothing

lunch
- 2 low carb wraps (6)
- lunch meat (2)
- cheese (.5)

dinner
-noodles (7.5)
- chicken (0)
- sauce (2)

snack
- atkins low carb chocolate (1.4)

total carbs = 19.4

Welcome to the forum! I am sorry to hear about your dad, but glad that it's motivated you to seek a healthier lifestyle! I noticed you didn't eat breakfast......is there a reason? I shouldn't talk as I often skip breakfast, but it seems to be the consensus that eating breakfast makes weight loss more successful :) Good luck!
 
Ahh I've been on this forum for ages.. just keep making new threads to start again =) hehe.

Erm, I skip breakfast, because I sleep in til like 3pm.. so it's not breakfast. LOL.

- sweet sour sauce (2)

- chocolate low carb (1.4)

dinner
- 2 wraps (6)
- ham and cheese (1)

total carbs = 19.9
