I really need your help
I'm 18 years old, 162 cm. height, 48 kilograms weight. I want to be 45 kg.
I excercise at home 2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours. I eat healthy food, but i can't reach my goal. I eat 600,700 or 800 calories daily. I drink water. I tried so many diets but no result. Please give me advice or a diet. Thank you!!!
