I know that it's not unusual for women who are trying to lose wieght to have a change in their cycle. I usually end up skipping one or two all together and then they start coming every 6 weeks instead of every 4. Now this wouldn't be a problem if it didn't screw with the numbers on the scale but unfortunately, it does. It really hinders my weight loss because I'm stuck in PMS mode for much longer than normal. It's like that week before usually lasts for several weeks and in some cases, more than a month.
I heard that eating some fat helps but when I do that, it doesn't help me unless I eat a whopper or something really high and fat but I don't want to do that because not only do I not want all of those extra calories, it doesn't always work.
Is there anything else that you can do to help stabilze your cycle when dieting? Are their any suppliments you can take or anything else? I really hate this, I get pretty discouraged when this happens because it seems like all my hard work is in vain.
