That new guy

WORD! I'm a 44 year old dad who works out currently 5-7 days a week with my 2 teenage son's. It has proven to be alot of work just showing them proper form ect. on the weight training but they have both loss weight and made great gains on there lifts. It will be a long time before they bench 315 on BB incline like me but the 14 year old can do 135 for 8 reps!
I never thought working out with your kids would be so much more fun!

good stuff. just try not to work out 7 days a week. If you know how to teach your kids proper form, etc, then you should also be aware of the side affects of overtraining ... illness, fatigue, and injury.
