So a few nights ago at the grocery store, I stop to go over my list > right in front of all the sugary, processed cakes / snacks..... You know, the stuff I used to "barely" survive on 
And do you think it took any will power to not pick some of it up ? Ha ! Are you freaking kidding me ? I don't even want any more of that BS ! 20 years of it was WAAAY too freaking much already ! Heck, I'm lucky to even be alive as it is !
But what's funny, is that now, I'll be in the section with nuts, and dried fruits, and I'm like, "Oh yea ! That looks freaking screamin' good ! Oh, and that too ! Oh, and check those out.... !
The point is, I could rack up just as many cals eating healthy food, as I used to with pure crap / junk food.
But instead, this is where I use my will power.
And speaking of will power, I'm back to a cutting cycle again tomorrow. Anxious to get leaner again though
And have done it enough X's (this is my 4th or 5th cut cycle ?) that I am 100% confident it will go just fine.
Yes, I do have a secret / silver bullet for health and fittness. It's called OCD
