That final push

I'm nearly at my goal! I've lost 5 stone and I'm super happy, but I'm now stuck. I want to lose another 15lb which will get my BMI down to 'healthy' and will get me into a size 10 but I can't get the scales to budge.
I've not been following any plan, just eating healthy and exercising, I had an eating disorder in my teen years so I try to avoid things like calorie counting or anything that can make me become obsessive.
I work in an office so sat on my bum most of the day but I power walk the school run twice a day with the kids on their scooters and that totals about 2 miles. I exercise in the evening, just about to start Shaun T hybrid programme to ramp up the exercise see if that helps. Also at the weekends we are an active family, we even climbed a mountain this half term! Should I maybe add in a morning jog? Any tips for the last push?
Thanks!

i recall a line from SuperSize Me where Morgan Spurlock, detailing his recovery from gaining 25lbs said something to the effect that it took him five months to lose 20lbs and another nine to lose the last 5.

i am getting close to the overweight - healthy borderline, too and i expect things to start slowing down though i'd like to dip a few numbers bellow that if things keep going as well as they have been.

good luck...gary
