Thanks - it worked.

I posted a week or so ago about not losing weight for 9 weeks and how I had beeen battering it at the gym etc but nothing worked. Anyway after some good advice from Kara and others I have lost just over 2lb this week :hurray:

So the advice I refer to as being so key was:

Watch your portions - are you weighing what you eat, you could be eating too much.

Tracking - are you sure you are eating the amount of calories you think you are!

I have been tracking and weighing very precisely and it has worked.
