Testosterone

As a 60 yr old man I am naturally concerned with diminishing testosterone levels.
A few questions here, does exercise and loosing weight slow this process down? Or will they actually help restore normal level?

one word..Yes.

Excess weight and a seditary lifestyle will lower those levels. I should know..I have to take a gel right now to bring it up. It is one reason I'm focusing on weight loss.

one other part of it is that typically when dieting, you're eating better and with a bit higher fat unless you're going on one of those silly fat free diets. That also helps, but all around in general, yeah, it helps.

Thanks for the replies, actually I am on the Bernstein diet which is not low fat but highly restricted carbs. This diet helps me keep my blood glucose in check. As long as I stick to my work out plan I can eat fat and lose weight.
