Testing carb sensative/resistant?

Does anyone know how to tell if you are carbohydrate sensative or resistant? I'd prefer to stay away from personal tests lol.

Carb intolerance

I don't have any professional experience or knowledge on the subject. But I discovered I have a problem with carbs. If I eat them, I get bloated, and have serious blood sugar drops... almost to the point of being incoherant. I did a lot of experimenting with foods, and so now pretty much eat chicken, tuna nuts, lots of veggies, and every once in awhile, some fruit. Pretty limited, but I also take a great mineral, vitamin, green food supplement, and drink a lot of lemon/cayenne water, which doesn't bother me.
