Tested some 1rm oly lifts :D

Clean ended at 60kg
Power Clean endet at 65kg.
im just worried that on the clean, im not doing it fast enough.. because the front squat goes kinda slow :(
 
Well, it will feel slow because it's a very heavy lift. Worry about speed on the clean portion and not the front squat portion. Good job, by teh way.
 
you can learn it you know, thats what im doing now ;) Search for the thread "powerlifts? OL lifts?" thats the thread i started when i wanted to learn the lifts, its a long thread with lots of questiones from me and links to good sites with videos and stuff ;)

Thanks Evo, on sunday i think im gonna go for my max snatch, that OHS is killing me:p its so fun :D
I tried going for my max OHS too, but i had to stop cuz i was too tiered :p and today i can feel it in my abs and obliques:p
