Hi Everyone,
I only found this forum a week ago, so I don't have a week by week account of my weight loss journey. So to summarise..
I started on my lifestyle change on Jan 3 this year (Jan 2 was a final
pigout
). I weighed 103 kgs. I decided that I wanted to get to 80kgs by the end of the year, have a break (maintain 80kg) and then try and reach 75kg next year.
Well, I weighed in on Tuesday and I'm now 83kg. That's twenty down and three to go. Had been stuck on 84 for a while too. If it's OK, I post a weekly update of my last (stubborn) three kilos and then let you know how I go with maintenance.
