Hey, i think ive got tendonitis in my left wrist. It seems to come about twice a year for about two weeks, and during this time it hurts to the point of being quite uncomfortable, and prevents me from doing a bunch of heavy upper body lifts. I went to the doctor a few years ago when i was like 13 and they didnt do any x-rays, he just said the injury was tendon related and that i should rest it for a month, but im a pretty active person so i didnt exactly take his advice. Since then its been reecuring for eemingly no reason at all.
The reason im asking is becuase its bothering me now and i just played in a rugby tournament. When im playin it doenst bother me at all, i just tape it up and go, but after it hurts, and i can work out well.
What would be the best course of action. Should i try to rest it when it hurts or rehab it or what?
