tell me how

ok guys i need some help. see i wanted to lose weight about 3 days ago but every body tell's me at 13 i should be eating more not less if i want to grow and i'm only 5'2 so i need all the inches i can get. so i wanted to know can i just bulk up and if no what should i do to stay healthy like how should i eat and what should i do for exercise please help thanks alot robert out
 
this is like your gazillianth post about this subject and obviously you aren't getting the answers you want/need otherwise you'd stop posting the same stuff - please just talk to your pediatrician or a registered dietician about this subject. Not too many people here know much about proper nutrition and exercise for a growing 13-year old. You do need to eat more because you are going through puberty and your metabolism is at high-speed. You probably shouldn't do too much heavy lifting because you don't want to do any damage this young.

Please Robert, don't get us wrong. Its not that we don't want to help you. Its like Spock said, we can't help you. The dietary knowledge we possess is meant for adults, not growing teenagers. We have no idea if the advice we were to give you would be right or not.
