teens Workout plan

Hey guys Whats up im not a pro i just started Lifting about 2 weeks ago and in the period of time i got my six pack i wanted, my Triceps are bigger than my head. lol almost i dont have a pic but ill get one soon as possible. and i got 4 pounds of muscle and went threw girlfriends faster than boxers. I also set my school record for push ups. well enough about me now to tell you how i did it.

blank site because it is almost unheard of to get abs in 2 weeks.. wow if all of that is true, you're a lucky lucky person..
