Teen boy weight loss, advice?

Hi everyone!

So summer is approaching, I´m leaving school tomorrow for holidays and I really want to make this summer a definitive weight loss one.

I have attempted to lose weight before I´ve managed to lose 20 lbs in the past but I´ve gained them back and more!

I now weigh 235 lbs (107 kg) and I am 5`11`` (184cm) tall.
My goal weight is about 170-175 lbs...


That makes a total weight loss of around 65 lbs, I know I wont be able to lose it all in the summer (3 months) but I really want to lose a big chunk of it before I start school in October.

Do you think I can do it?

I have planned to swim 40 min a day plus 40 min between bicycle and running at the gym everyday during july. Plus I will eat healthily (no chips, no biscuits, cakes, no second serving...) And not eating much after 8 at night.
During most of August I will be at a workcamp where phisycal activity is needed, so as long as I dont eat too much I hope I will lose about 5 kg there...

As I told you I have tried to lose the weight before so I know that if I excercise I will lose some of it...

I just need some motivation or ideas or advice... anything really... haha

It's all about calories in vs calories out. You are have a plan..just need to execute it. Have strength. You can do it.
