has anyone been o a techonogym before??? theyre really good i realised i was using weight machines all wrong. at my new gym they tell me how much i should lift and at what speed. very advanced

I have worked with techno gym. It is a really nice piece of equipment. You must like the interactive module screen? It is great for novices. At my facilty it helps keep members motivated to progress.
when it totals up what you've done it realy spurs you on if you havent worked above your target and gives you a boost when you do....it keeps track of what i do so i can really see what ive done and not just go on guesswork
