I have the Taylor 5574 scale, and I was wondering what others thought of it. It's this one....
I've had it for a few months now, but never calibrated the body fat and water %. I just had a session w/ a personal trainer, who measured my weight and body fat %, so I thought it would be a good time to calibrate it.
At the gym, I came out to be 235 lbs and 28.1% body fat, which was what I expected.
However, with this scale, I was 235 lbs (which was right) but 36.2% body fat, which was definately not right. I followed the directions through fully.
Are others having these accuracy problems? Since I am basing my routine on body fat % and not weight, I'm trying to find an accurate home body fat calculator. Thanks.
