hi i am new and i live in the UK i started the local gym 3 months ago but really having a lot of trouble with dieting (i haven't been on one ha ha) but i relly need too as i am doing the gym but still eating far too much :(

Dieting is such a bad term. You need to change your diet, not go on a diet. Probably one of the easiest changes is reduce the amount you put on your plate. Take what you normally do and then take a bit off. If you have food cravings between meals, make sure you are getting enough protein. Proteins are slow in digestion and can really help reduce the hunger between meals.
