I have been having success losing weight using the eliptical, recombinant bike, and light weight training. I do the eliptical and bike 5 days/week and weights 2-3. The only areas I really have left to focus on are my thighs, stomach and arms, but I find I'm losing weight in undesirable places (i.e. my chest, which there isn't much to already). Should I be cutting back on cardio and doing more strength training that targets those areas? Is the cardio pretty much alone to blame for the fat loss everywhere??
