Taking Whey Protein

Hi All

I am currently taking whey protein to supplement my training.

I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Is this a bad thing or a good thing?

There is virtually no trainer who hasn't at some point fallen for the high protein diet myth.
 
I per my knowledge,these whey protein are being investigated as a supplementary treatment for several diseases.Better consult your doctor...
 
Appears this charming person is doing the same in various threads. I don't think it's personal, certainly no specific details rendering the critique worthless.

I don't think It's good for you to take whey protein supplements, You should try to take your protein intake from your regular diet. Eat eggs, lean meat, fish, beans, etc...
 
Is it good or bad? I hate taking whey protein with water, so i use soy milk instead. Are there any advantages drinking it with water instead?

I am taking protein with water for quite some time now. Its chocolate flavored, during the start it tasted awful but I am getting used to now.
 
Do you really think the protein is needed? In my opinion, a well-balanced diet will be better. Healthy food is much better than various supplements!
