Sport Taking my vitamins

Im curious as to what vitamins can be taken together and what vitamins will counteract or interfere with eachother. I know that VitC helps with absorbtion, but caffeine can make Vit C inneffective, and Calcium can interfere with Iron absorbtion etc etc...
So how and when should I take the following:
Vit A (beta Carotene)
Vit B Complex
Vit C
Calcium Magnesium
Folic Acid
Multi Vitamin
Iron

MAG / CAL - with VC between meals or on an empty stomach
VA - anytime
VB - 60mins before workout
Folic Acid - ?
Multi - upon waking
Iron - anytime

if worried by one off setting the other just have 1 between each meal and you should get through them
