Take fiber to lose weight

Daily soluable fiber supplement may help you lose weight. Eating fiber foods each day do the same thing. Such as oatmeal,popcorn,edamame,raspberries.
 
Supplements arn't really encouraged here, we like to promote getting your daily vitamins and such through whole foods....

Why don't you try reading some of the stickies and other posts before starting a new thread :D
