Taebo

Hey everyone

Recently Iv been trying to find other alternatives to my cardio exercises then just running. It's getting a little boring.

Recently at my school, a few of my friends told me that there gym teacher had them workout with the taebo videos. I became interested.

So now I'm wondering, has anyone on this board ever used taebo for there cardio? If so, does it provide a good workout? Is it fun or does it get boring after a while? Im thinking of getting the dvds and any help would be appeciated.

Also, on a side note. Does anyone know any good websites that give you good nutritional value of foods? Like calories and such?
