The past week there has been absolutely no weight loss and actually a weight gain. I am currently trying to pinpoint exactly what has happened. The first few weeks the pounds came off and now there is a standstill. I admit I like candy but I always add the calories up, and make sure I don't go over my 1200-1600 calorie a day diet. So, I just wonder how am I gaining weight and I don't eat anywhere near what my body supposedly needs on a daily basis? I don't want to go around eating nothing all day because supposedly that doesn't work. I will admit I am under a lot of stress, extremely not happy with life right now, and so maybe that could be a cause as well. I will not give up, but I am extremely unhappy and depressed because of this.
 
You might be getting too much salt and getting a bit of fluid retention maybe?
Have you been exercising at all?
 
i do exercise daily, typically cardio for 30 minutes a day. i decided to switch up with my routines to trick my body. i had slowed down on drinking water and decided to increase it again. i did a weigh in earlier, it seems as though the scale is budging a little bit. thanx for posting!
