Ya and along with that it will hurt your gains. If you must do it get a nice big PWO shake in before the pool. And anotherone after.

It will not hurt your gains. You should be just fine. I would not swim more than 20 minutes here. If you trained more than 45 minutes than a PWO should be used. All you need is a small amount of protein (or just BCAA capsules) and simple sugar with electrolytes (gatorade).
