Sweat

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but i seem to sweat quite a bit... especially under the arms. It doesn't matter how much deodreant i put on... i still sweat... its not a smelly sweat... just... its there!

Anyone know how i can stop this from happening? having sweat patches is not attractive.

You sweat because your body is cooling itself off...

deoderent just keeps you from getting stinky (and what i read recently, so does drinking a lot of water - the stink gets dilluted and you don't smell when you sweat)... anti perspirant helps with the sweating thing...

I'd also mention it to yor doctor to see if excessive sweating is caused by some underlying medical condition...

googling on excessive sweating brought up a page on a condition called , I'm not trying to turn you into a hypchondriac or anything, because a doctor should diagnose you... (not some random idiot on the web but they do have some suggestions there...

you might also want to make note, for your doctor, when you sweat the most... does just breathing cause the sweating, does nervousness or anxiety bring it on, exertion?
