Breakfast
Bluberry Oatmeal- One Pouch
Water

Lunch
2 PB&J Sandwhiches on 100% whole wheat

Supper
2 Pizza Slices (I'm getting better, I promise!!)

Snacks
2 cans pepsi >.<
Bluberry filled cereal bar
Reg. Natural Applesauce.
Peanut Butter Granola Bar- 170 cals.

Aiming for more of a colorful day tomorrow..
Wednesday is shopping day, gotta get more veggies anyhow!! Got plenty of fruit here.

Wow. Keep up the good work! I'm trying to cut down from 147 to 115lbs, and I start my diet/exercise routine tomorrow. I'm hoping to have as much success as you seem to be having so far. Again, keep it up!
 
Thursday 9/23.

I didn't walk at all today or did any exercise. I did volunteer at a cafe today inside a local senior center and that kept me motivated enough during a 2 hour span. I felt that was my workout today. My weight is still the same..haven't gained and haven't lost much since Monday. (I had a 3 pound drop) so I hope it the next week or two, I can experience more drops in my weight loss. I have been feeling tired for the past week or two, I think it's because of the weight loss changes and my body is changes. I try to keep up with eating enough to keep me going, not giving up.

As for food..

Breakfast- Bran Flakes
Snack- 2 servings of baby carrots dipped in low fat ranch dressing.
Blueberry nutrigrain bar
Lunch- 2 small low carb cheese quesideillas (reduced fat cheese)
Snack- peanut butter & oat chewy bar & apple
Dinner- 1/2 box of Mac & Cheese with tuna mixed in.
Drink- Diet sierra mist cranberry pop & coffee
-Still trying to increase my water intake. I have my eco-friendly water bottle!
