Hi everyone! Im jc, a 23 year old male student from Manila. This site is really great and it will be a great help in keeping tract of our goals.btw, i am not fat as a child but then i tend to eat a lot until i reached 230lbs last January. I really eat a lot and i also eat often. I've been on and off my diet as well as going to the gym, i was able to lose 15 lbs last year but when the school starts again, i tend to gain it back again or gain more. Last June, I realized that I have to do something about it that I miss a lot of things because of my weight and i really want to look good, that time i weigh 215lbs, i started dieting and started some exercise and now i weigh 180lbs (lost 35lbs). but still not ideal for my height which is 5'6. Some say that i lose weight laready, my clothes are alot bigger but i still overweight. My target weight will be 155lbs. but i don't know how to sustain it because i tend to fall over and binge eat at times.
My plan now is to lose 2-3 lbs per week for 12 months, which is conservative i guess, by reducing my calories to 1500 to 1800 per day, i cut off rice and sodas (or anything colored that is.. water only), i plan to enrol in a gym nearby( but the problem is i easily get bored in a solitary activity).
I really need motivation now in continuing to lose weight. This forum will really help us in achieving our optimal weight and getting into a healthy living.
