Suppliment Questions

Ok, here is what I come up with. I figure that since I can't eat much over 1000 calories a day due to medical stuff.

I am thinking of supplimenting with Super Gainers Fuel which only contains 29g of fat but all the carbs and protien I need. However I am thinking I can get away with a half a drink before work out and the other half after. That way I can eat the rest of the food I need or suppliment with an added protien drink for later in the day or before bedtime. Oh, this is what I am thinking for a 1 to 2 hr routine a day.

Kaz, thats fine to take it like that.

you could also use it as a meal replacement or drink some of it in addition to a meal.

abear, here the routine would be as follows:

Day 1) Arms, Shoulders
Day 2) Abs, Legs
Day 3) Cardio Workout
Day 4) Chest, Back
Day 5) Cardio Workout
Day 6) Rest
Day 7) Rest

Is this what you basicaly wanted to know as far as the routine? I could give more detail if you want.
