Supplements

Hey guys whats up, I have been looking at different suplements as well as protien powders and stuff. Im only 15 and i've heard it can affect your growth and other things. So my question is are their any safe and legal supplements to help gain weight and muscle along with working out? Thanks
 
If your diet isn't on point you should look at that. If you find it hard to get enough protein then look towards a protein powder, but majority of protein should come from food. Same thing with EFA's and other macros.

what do you mean by "and stuff?"

Protein powders are just protein. Protein is found in regular food, meat and dairy products..etc... It's difficult to get enough protein in one's diet from regular food sometimes, hence why people have protein supplements. That and whey has a higher bioavailability.

Protein is not illegal by any means and is not steroid or anything of the sort. Other than that, I wouldn't be starting anything else at your age, your main focus should be getting your diet in check.

if you desire protein, egg whites 3 go protein, drink non-fat milk , contain 9 g of protein each serving, just my 2 cents.

i dont really take supplements atm as real food seems more filling ^0^
