well i have been going all natural working out and have been getting pretty good gains but latly i just have had alot of interest in the supplements out there.. so i decided i would buy some no xplode and 100% whey protien to try and see if i noticed any difference.. but i have a few questions.. like if i take the whey protien what times of the day should i take it? like in the morning? or what before workout? after? im not sure.. is it ok to eat food on top of the whey or should is it a meal replacement? and is it ok to stack these two products? sry im not very educated in the supplements area of working out but i would like to learn more so if you have any suggestions please let me know. also i heard TRUE MASS was pretty good anyone have expeierence with that product?
