supersets and cardio

hello there you guys ( i cant speak english that well so bare with me thanks) so yeah i posted this on the body building section but no one replied( am i still unpopular in this world.... dont wana cut myself on the legs again) so anyways i do supersets (read it in mens health) and i read somewhere here thatdoing 5x5 with heavy weights and doing 3x12 with light weights helps. So what i do is i lift the heavy weights then lift the light weights without any rest. Then after i done with the 3x12 i do a swiss ball crunch... so is this any good or am i making a Huge mistake...

and oh about the cardio part all i do is 600 skips with a jump rope ( i can do it the boxer way..... you know, the i inch off the floor) and whenever i make a mistake i do 10 squat thrusts so again is this any good?

Supersets can be used. Are you increasing the amount of loads your using? How long have you been performing this routine?

hmmmm first i do cardio then i usually work one muscle group a day. hmmmm
ive been doing the supersets for like a month now and yeah for my chest i use a swiss ball. i dont know what the names of the exercise i do (except bicep curls) so yeah sorry... hmmmm i dont smoke i dont drink alcohol. hope that gives you enuff info im realy sorry i cant give you enuff
