Superset Question in New Rules of Lifting

What exactly does it mean for a 'superset with full rest'?

I thought the whole purpose of a superset was to have 2 different exercises, and not rest at all before going to the next exercise and resting after the 2nd exercise was completed. Heres an example of what I'm confused on (page 209 to be exact)

Push up 2 sets 15 reps rest 60 sec
Swiss ball crunch 2 sets rest 60 sec

But it says to do this as a superset with full rest... So when exactly/how often do I rest?

Almost.
You have around 20secs between the 2 exercises. (or how long it takes to get set up to perform the 2nd exercises.

then 60-90 secs between the set of 2 exercises.

then full rest when you have finished all your sets.

if your doing chest and trap superset 5x5 it would go like this
Superset 1
set 1: chest - traps - 90secs rest
set2:chest - traps - 90secs rest
set3: chest - traps - 90secs rest
set4: chest - traps - 90secs rest
set5: chest - traps - 90secs rest
Full rest 3-5mins.
