sup ppl, not much of one to explain myself lol. I'll give it a try :biggrinjester: My name's Jonny, i'm 18. I've always been "the big one" in the family, which everyone found odd coz my sisters, brother and parents were all very fit and thin at my age and in their pre-teens aswell. I turned 16 and weighed about 250 lbs, i'm about 6'1 now, so was probably 5'11, 6'0 then. I decided to stop it there. Devoted all my time to anything and everything to lose weight, got pretty obsessed too. Worked out 5 days a week with cardio and weight resistance, usually walked 4 miles Mon/Wed and Fri, but did weight-resistance every weekday with a good amount of excercises. Leg curl, leg press, bicep curl, lats, bench press, pressdowns ect. With the usual push-up/sit-up warm-ups and cool-downs. I got down to about 185. But that wasn't enough, and I heard about this bs called "Cleanse" or "Fast" w/e you want to call it, it was so magical while reading it. Seemed so easy too, 10 days with only water, or lemon juice/cayan pepper. It did get me down to 159 lbs. But I gained it all back right after, even keeping a strict meal-plan with daily calorie-counts. 650 calories a day if I divulged >_<. I did that about 3 times in 4 months trying to attain the weight loss without the effort. Lost all the muscle I had gained from my workouts and after awhile lost motivation and let myself go again. Went from 165 to about 198 in March to June this year. Then I started working construction, very phsyical job. I've been at 173-177 range for 2 months now, I don't starve myself anymore and don't over-eat. I do strive to eat some healthy foods. But I mostly only eat Boneless, Skinless chicken with meats. I'm planning to go to scotland to visit my Fiance again in January, attempting to atleast lose 10-12 lbs by then.

Anyways, hope I didn't bore you =P lol. First time i've really talked about it, long post too. Catch you later peeps.
