I've made my decision. I refuse to be SEMI-happy with my body any longer. I used to be a 160lbs, which was more than I was happy with on my small frame (and I'm 5'6), so over the course of time I lost the weight little by little and currently weigh 132.2lbs to be precise. It is time for me to finish up that last stretch and reach my goal of 125lbs. I lost the weight originally by following The French Diet and then strayed. I then tried South Beach and Atkins and actually GAINED weight by following them (I have this tendency to compensate for the carbs I can't have by eating more fat). So here I am and I fully intend to kick my butt back into gear. I've got 7.2lbs to lose and I intend to reward myself with a pair of very expensive True Religion jeans once I attain this goal.
I hope to join a group where I can provide support and be supported, so we all can get bikini ready for summer! Looking forward to meeting OUR goal(s) TOGETHER!!!!
