Suitable Dinner?

I made a sandwich consisted of :

Boiled Canned Chick Breast

2 Whole Wheat Bread

Shredded Cabbage and Carrots

Bits of Celery (really nasty)

2 Thin Slices of Tomato

I eat this only at dinner because whole wheat is basically the only thing with carbs. And I'm trying to control carb intake but is this a suitable diet? I eat this too with a Fruit Shake.

Fruit shake consisted of :

2 bananas

Apple

5 Strawberries

Glass of milk

2 slices of Pineapple
 
The fibers in pineapple are so nasty blended up. Ever think that? I'll drink some and come away thinkin that I just drank the hairiest thing ever. Lol, if you haven't, try blending the whole pineapple and drinking it.
