Sugar free candies and Jello

I am starting a workout-diet program and just got 3 kinds of sugar free candies. I am getting also tomorrow zero calories jello.

Is it ok to have them as treat from time to time? maybe daily?
Someone plz advise!
 
Sugar free jelly is OK to have whenever you want.

Sugar free candies can have more calories though, so check the label and add it into your daily amount.

The sweetner in sugar free stuff can make you crave real sugar though, can have a laxative effect, and could even cause cancer (proof?).
 
i love sugar free jello. i usually buy the generic brand boxed kind you make yourself (way cheaper) and some apples. after i mix the jello up, i chop up the apples and mix them in. after it sets up you have a super filling snack. the whole box of jello with one apple mixed in is 100 calories and very filling.

sugar free candies and i are not friends. i like to binge on candies. binging on sugar free candies causes an unfortunate laxative effect. bad.
 
if you want a treat, why not go for something that actually has nutritional value... vegetables, fruit, etc...

Why are you concentratig on sugar free and calorie free only? What does your food plan look like?

IF you plan a little, you can fit treats like chocolate or much more satisfyig treats into your meal plan without any effort.
