is sugar bad? because i bought a weight gainer that has like 60 grams of sugar per serving. it also has alot of carbs. when is it bad and when is it good to have sugar or carbs and why??
my personal opinion is that commercial weight gainers are poor products. better choices would be homemade drinks.
now some sugar is fine pwo, but i no longer agree that you need an abundance of sugar like some suggest. the popular opinion is that one should take in 50-100 grams of dextrose. i feel this also is inaccurate. sure it'll get the job done but its not the best choice in that situation.
