I use Fat Free milk now but does anyone have a better choice so I don't get so many carbs? I drink a ton of milk because of my protein shakes and oatmeal. I have used water before but like the flavor of milk. Any ideas?
Theres a Carb Countdown brand. It has only 3/5 grams of carbs per cup. Also the chocolate kind taste like the old Yoo-hoo and goes really good with vanila whey protien.
