SturdyWings' Road to a 6 Pack

Hello all. I haven't been on this forum long, and didn't see the point in wasting any more time before making an official diary. As those who have seen my picture say, I'm not that overweight. I am carrying some flab that I would love to get rid of, and I really want a 6 pack for grad on May 28. If not by then, then by July for beach season. I plan on working out 5-6 times per week, cut back on calories, cut back on junk food, and started going for 30 minute walks every day. This should be enough as my body is pretty good at losing weight and getting cut. I used to be pretty muscular, and I look forward to being that way again. This isn't so much about losing weight, but becoming more lean and fit.

Starting Weight: 167 lbs (as of March 27)
Current Weight: 163 lbs (as of April 3)
Weight Loss to Date: 4 lbs

Workout Schedule:
03/30 - Cardio: 30 minute elliptical intervals. (445 calories burned)
Bench Press + Chest workout ~40 minutes.
04/01 - Cardio: 30 minute elliptical intervals. (462 calories burned)
Bicep workout for ~45 minutes.
04/02 - Cardio: 32 minute elliptical intervals. (483 calories burned)
04/03 - Cardio: 32 minute elliptical intervals. (516 calories burned)
Ab workout for ~30 minutes.
04/04 - Cardio: 15 minute elliptical. (~200 calories burned)
Tricep workout for ~30 minutes.
04/05 - 2 1/2 hours of soccer.
04/08 - Cardio: 20 minute elliptical. (~320 calories burned)
Bicep workout for ~40 minutes (high intensity).

I've already lost 6 pounds in just over a week. Just goes to show how recent that extra flab was and how well my body adjusts. I have already seen a change when looking in the mirror. However, I still don't have abs so I'm not anywhere near finished.

Up two pounds from yesterday. Not really sure why this is. When is the best time to weigh myself to keep consistent?

Today was a very bad day. I have been feeling sick all day and I don't know why. I tried running on the elliptical but it simply didn't go well. My tricep workout was interrupted by a trip to the bathroom, and all ina ll it didn't go well. I'm going to try and not let this discourage me too much.
