This is my first post to the forum. I've begun to study for my NASM certification and wanted feed back from those who might be studying as well or have recently taken the exam and passed.
Was it worth it?
Are you using it?
How do you think it compares to other certifications like ACE?
I've recently been laid off from a telecommunications job and wanted to see if I could try something new. I've been a competitive athlete since I was five years old. At 41 I'm still very active and have always thought about becoming a trainer.
