Students Wants Weight Loss!

Hello there,

I have decided that I need to change my life a bit. Since I started university in September last year, I have gained over a stone in weight. I was never a healthy weight to begin with, now I'm really feeling quite overweight. I can feel that I'm not as fit as I use to be, which really bothers me.

I blame student life, drinking quite a bit and of course, probably the main reason, the fact I have become very lazy!

Having tried and failed to lose weight discretely, I figured this forum might make me feel a little more commited to the cause! So... er, yeah.

Glad to hear that you decided to make a change in your life. It would be very helpful to you, if you would state some specifics about your status (gender, weight, height, history of weight gain, exercise, eating) and what are your goals.

Hint: Magic happens when you start watching specific daily actions based on numbers.
