Stuck

Hi Everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question about being stuck. My weight hasn't decreased for a few weeks (around 3). I'm kinda worried. It doesn't move up either. I still exercise everyday, and I still keep up with my diet. Perhaps it's my period, or perhaps it's because my body needs a change of routine. But I don't know what to do. Does anyone have suggestions? Has this happened to anyone? Any kind of help would be great!

Well in order to give you a good answer you have to describe your menstrual cycle. Also, do you maintain good hygiene? Do you shave your vagina & douche properly? These thing cans affect your weight loss.

Hahahaha.......THAT IS PURE COMEDY!!...YOU're RIGHT ya KNOW....THOSE CURLY Q's will TOPPLE the SCALE!!!....LOL....I can't EVEN BELIEVE you SAID that! :rotflmao:
 
There's a few things disturbing here:

1. The content itself.

2. That this is his first thought as to what the problem might be.

3. He's attempting to offer advice.
 
Um.. no comment to my virgin eyes/ears.

Anyhow, this also happened to me too. I exercised 3-4 times a week and tried to eat healthy balanced meals and nothing. What the heck? I wasn't losing or gaining and everyone around me was like.. yea, there's goes another pound or two. =/ I wanted to shoot myself in the foot, but I didn't because then I would be one, retarded and two, I would have a hard time exercising. Then where would I be?

After a few weeks passed of my misery, the pounds started to shift up and down. Yes, finally a change. I was even happy the scale went up because that showed progress. So, I think this is just a plateau. Your body will eventually adjust and you'll be sexier than ever... um.. even if your hygiene isn't that well maintain... um.. yeah..

I'm not sure if your trolling, or just being a 15 year old boy... however for about 5 seconds I'm going to take this response seriously because clearly you have no understanding of the female body - Ask your mother for a lesson.

Douching is the worst thing a female can do for feminine hygiene.. It throws off the ph balance of said vagina and can lead to all sorts of issues like yeast infections... the vagina is basically a self cleaning unit... and doesn't require summer's eve or massengil to help it along.
 
back to mmr's question though...

while 3 weeks really doesn't a plateau make - search this forum for plateau and you'll get some good advice on how to help overcome one...
 
im going through the same thing but for me its been 2 weeks and i havent got my period yet so i dont know if its water weight or what.and ive been doing a diferent exercise routine so i dont know...i have to go read those plateau topics i hope its not that though.
