For the last three months I have been counting calories and exercising five days a week about 1000 calories a day. I mostly use the treadmill and eliptical machine. When I first started, during the first two weeks, I lost 20lbs no problem. I went from 234 to 214, since then I have been stuck on 214. I am still counting calories and exercising the same. This is getting frustrating according to my palm's exercise program and laws of physics I should be losing weight. I am not totally burning all of the calories I take in but I am burning enough that I should be losing. I average about 2000-2200 calories a day and I am burning 1000, that only leaves 1000 or 1200 calories a day. What do I need to do? I am at the gym for an hour a day I don't know if I have the time to stay there 3 hours and I know other people who are losing weight that don't have to spend half the day at the gym.
