I've been experencing knee pain over this past past week. Had it checked out today after my run and the sports med doc told me my fibula was stuck. It should rotate and slide but mine is stuck. He manipulated my knee and pressed and pulsed and moved my knee and did it again and again. He then showed my husband how to do it and told us to keep it up.
Anyone else heard or experienced this. I looked it up on the web and it was stated it is rare and due to ankle issues, which I have had.
I'm wondering how long this will go on for...
