Stuck at mt current weight HELP!!

I have a Schwinn 140 stationary bike.

I actually like riding it cause I listen to music and kind of swith up my intervals and also do some steady state as well.

As for strength training all I do is pushups crunches and reverse crunches on an incline bench.

So I do all my workouts at home.

I may try some videos to avoid any plateaus. You know of any good ones?

How are u doing? The bike is good, but you will probably get bored with that cardio routine eventually and your body will also plateau at some point wiht the same activity. Body weight exercises are great for strength training (like the push up/pull up, squats, lunges, etc) There are tons of great at-home dvd's....a few i really like are TurboJam, Chalean Extreme, RevAbs, Tony Horton's P90x and 10 minute trainer...these are all really great and fun too!
