Stubborn Stomach

Hey all
im 17 years old and i used to play xbox 360 non stop
it was pretty much an addiction and it separated me from exercise.

Im 5 foot 10, 165 pounds.
I just started benching 2 months ago and i couldnt even put 120 up once.
Now i can put 170 up and my arms and chest is becoming defined.
I look a lot better now but i still have a problem. As we all know stomach fat is the first to grow and the last to go.
I know everyone is different and i cant get an exact answer but i just need some tips on how to obtain a flat stomach.
I need better nutrition, and i got to get my stomach to where i want it to be!
 
Dont like situps, they really bore me

well sit ups aren't going to do it anyway. Sit ups will only help make your abs stronger. Well....they can *help* get your stomach flatter (tightening them up) IF it isn't fat that is causing the "bulge". But you should always do a well rounded routine, and that would include abs. Don't necessarily have to do sit up though. There are many compound exercises you can do that will work as well.

However, fat is fat, and if you have fat around your stomach, you will have to get rid of it thru diet (and exercise will help expedite that).
 
ilift (the OP) read the stickies at the top of the weight loss sub-forum ^^^^. Situps are bad for your back anyway and you cannot spot reduce fat by doing tonnes of situps.
