First off, thanks for reading. I am a younger guy (25) I'm about 6'1 and 196 lbs. The only place on my body that I retain fat it seems is my midsection and sides. It's not extremely bad, but I would def like to work this off. I've recently started lifting weights again (about a week or so) and I'm doing cardio this time as I never did much outside of warmups in the past. I'm doing my version of HIIT which is 25 mins on stationary bike at 1:1 ratio. I don't think I'm going absolutely as hard as I can...but I am beat afterwords and want to gradually work into it. I've only been doing the "HIIT" for four days now...is this a good way to trim stomach fat? Any suggestions def appreciated...btw I can see an outline where abs would form if that makes any sense like I said I'm in good shape but could be way better
