Struggling

Hi I am into the 3rd day of the Cohens Lifestyle Program.

I am really struggling with the amounts of food. I have had an urge to binge eat at night , around the 8pm mark.

Any hints.

Not sure about Cohans, are you allowed hot tea? I find it helps a lot with similar things.
 
Hi Sharonn,

Have you tried something simple like taking a drink instead of eating? Things like a nice tall glass of water or juice can work. Or maybe, a hot drink like a green tea or something along those lines can all help to pass the hunger feelings before you go to bed at night.

P.S. water based foods like sticks of celery of cucumber can also work wonders, and are very good for you, win-win!!
 
I'm actually not familiar with that program, but struggling on day #3 could mean a couple different things, that either

1. It takes some getting used to, and once your body is over the shock of the change that its made, you'll do fine, or
2. It's the wrong diet for you.

You'll figure it out; give it a little more time!
