Struggling... slowly but surely!

Here are my before and in betweens! My before picture is from July 2010 weighing around 190 lbs. I had lost over 40 lbs years ago before I met my husband. After we got married it slowly started creeping back on me and I had gained all of it plus 20 extra pounds!! I had been "trying" to change my eating habits. I would do good a couple of days and then I would give up. I was tired of fighting it. I still have my bad days but I usually have more good than bad now! :) My in between picture is me currently weighing around 168 lbs. I've just been maintaining for about a month or so now but I need to kick it back up and lose the rest of this!! I'm not sure what my goal weight is. I don't want to put that kind of pressure on myself because it will just make me cave in and go back to the way it used to be. I'm just going to keep going until I feel comfortable! Hopefully I will have an after picture SOON!!

Wow for 18 lbs lost you look great. b^^d But than you have all your curves in the right places.

Well done. I think you just need to work on toning, and maybe lose a bit more, but you will be smoke'n hot in no time.
 
You are doing great!!! If you dont feel comfortable setting a goal weight, do smaller ones. Like find a weight that is suitable for your height and your body. You can then go Like 5lbs at a time. I have a friend who took paperclips and for every pound she put a silver clip and every 5 lbs she put a colored paperclip. Smaller goals can help motivate for sure.
